Shipping Information

Processing:

Orders are processed 5 days a week (Monday – Friday), with the exclusion of New Zealand public holidays. For orders placed and processed on the weekend, you will receive a completed order notification, however your item will not ship from our warehouse until Monday.

How Long Will It Take:

Shipping times are listed below. These times are a guide and subject to change. If you have not received your order please contact us within 30 days (between day 25-28 is ideal) from your dispatch email.

New Zealand:
Delivered by Courier Post, Aramex or PBT Couriers.

$10 starting rate and then calculated based on order weight
1-2 working days delivery time to most areas. Rural deliveries occur an additional 1-2 working days delivery time.
Courier Post can deliver to P.O Boxes across New Zealand.

Can I track my order?

Every order will be given a delivery tracking number, which will be included with your order dispatch notification email. Simply click the link and all available tracking information for your order will be displayed.

Where is my order?:

Your order should arrive within the specified shipping time periods*. You will receive a dispatch notification once the order has left our warehouse. An order undelivered worldwide within 30 days will need to have an inquiry raised with our shipping partners to ensure relevant measures can be taken to retrieve the order. After 30 days the goods will be deemed to have been fully supplied, order completed and will not be eligible for a postal inquiry or compensation. If you have not received your order please contact us within 30 days (between day 25-28 is ideal) from your dispatch email.

Delivery Charges:
You will be charged the greater:

  • The actual weight of your parcel
  • The volumetric weight of your parcel

This includes additional packaging required to safely transport the goods to your destination.

If your order is ‘returned to Sender’ and the supplied address is correct, we will resend or refund the order, as directed. Freight charges will not be refunded in the following circumstances:

  • If the parcel has an attempted delivery and is then Returned to Sender.
  • If the address supplied in the order is incorrect.
  • If the delivery is refused by the receiver
  • If the parcel is unable to be delivered and then is unclaimed

Returns and Refunds Information

WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?

Online – We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from The Good Deal Market. If for any reason you’re not happy with any of the items, we will gladly issue a refund, or an exchange for another product, style, size, or colour.

For an online return to be valid, it must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping or other charges. The item must be returned in an unused condition, with the original labels still attached, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with the original packing slip.

Exchanges will be processed and sent back to you in a timely manner – although the exchange shipping method will be the lowest value tracked option.

HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN?

First contact our customer service team, quoting your original order number/receipt number, and your reason for return.
They will instruct you on the next steps (please note, due to volume, some sizes/items may no longer be available.)

DO YOU HAVE ANY RETURNS EXCEPTIONS?

After 30 days the goods will be deemed to have been fully supplied. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact customer service within 10 days of delivery by email.

Our Standard Return Policy does not apply to all items. The following are our exceptions: Personalised Products and/or Collectibles. All sales are final for customised products and autographed collectibles. These items cannot be returned.

If an Online Gift Certificate was used, the refund amount will be applied to your Online Gift Certificate.

No refunds or exchanges on sale products (Unless Faulty). Please check info and product, addresses, prices and all other checkout information prior to all purchases, but in particular those that contain sale items.

REFUNDS:

When orders are returned to sender, or refunded due to an error by the customer, or the order is deemed fraudulent (these are orders that are denied by our 3rd party security team), we reserve the right to refund the order funds less the fees and costs imposed on The Good Deal Market to process and complete that order. This can be up to but not exceeding 5% of the total order value.

In such cases, the refunded amount will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after receipt of the returned items or confirmation of the fraudulent nature of the order. We reserve the right to withhold any refund until we have received the returned items or have determined that the order is fraudulent.

By placing an order with The Good Deal Market, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions regarding refunds for returned, erroneous or fraudulent orders.

OUR COMMITMENT

The Good Deal Market will make every reasonable effort to replace or credit the item in a timely manner. We will cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping. A refund will be processed in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
